Vice-President of Concessions: The duties of the Vice-President of Concessions shall be to:
(a) Be responsible for all concession activities, including:
- Prepare menu items and budget
- Procure necessary concession items and equipment consistent with approved COJW budget
- Coordinate volunteer assistance in cooperation with Team-Parent Coordinator
- Assure set-up and take down of Concessions Area before and following games
- Assume responsibility for and assure the safe disposition of concessions and Equipment owned by COJW
(b) Manage those budgeted activities consistent with approved COJW budget
(c) Have such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the Parent Board or President
